Great customer service and good price
The printer is new and so far does what a good quality printer should do. It was easy to set up and easy to connect to my computers. I'm mainly writing a review because Printerland was brilliant. My order came quickly I was kept informed of when and when I emailed with a couple queries they came back to me almost immediately most companies say they'll get back to 'within 5 working days'. I've not used them before but I plan to only use them from now on. Good service from an online retailer with really good prices. Nirvana

Highly satisfied
Have not yet explored all the capabilities of this printer but so far I am delighted with it. The brand was recommended by an independent computer retailer I chose the model after reading several on-line reviews and believing it had all the features I required . I purchased from Printerland because it was most favourably priced there. I was a bit concerned about how big and heavy it is but that is my own fault for not checking the prouct details more thoroughly.

Fantastic piece of kit great price too
We couldn't be more pleased with this printer. The sales person at Printerland tried to suggest we look at Xerox instead but we stood firm having read some excellent reviews of this elsewhere online. The 657 model has both duplex scanning and duplex printing and for less than 300 at the time of writing this had no competition with these two features. Colour reproduction is great and it's really easy to set-up and use. We're glad we stuck by our research

Everything I need
I wanted a reasonably priced colour laser printer with wireless networking and duplex. This is exactly what I got. It was so easy to setup. Connecting to wireless was a breeze. And I get added extras including cash back and free 3-year warranty plus direct printing from USB and Apple AirPrint. The online purchase experience here is fantastic. Delivery super fast. Communication excellent.

Inexpensive, low profile decent print quality
Pros - Great duplexer - fast printing reliable Canon engine - nice low profile - wireless and mobile connection works well - good driver support Cons - colour photo print quality could be better printer is definitely optimised for general office usage - OEM toner not used by too many models so may not discount frequently however there are loads of aftermarket support options

Impressive but not for long documents
This should be an excellent printer for general small business use. Cost is OK, quality is good, with the speed for long print jobs. But the output tray is too small, nominally 150 sheets. I’ve just printed 144 and about 40 of them were scattered around on the floor. Getting that right can’t be expensive. It’s disappointing that Canon spoiled an otherwise excellent product. Why doesn’t the output tray capacity match the input tray?
