Flexibility and mobile freedom

Your Xerox VersaLink C500 has access to the Xerox App Gallery out of the box, but add the 250GB Hard Drive and you'll increase the capability of those app based functions while increasing your printer's ability to cope with complex print jobs. Add the plug and play WiFi adapter and not only does mobile printing get even easier, but you can connect directly to your printer using WiFi Direct. If you want to fundamentally change your ways of working and seamlessly connect to a mobile workflow, these are the upgrades you need to invest in.

Upgrade to greater productivity

While the Xerox VersaLink C500 has large and flexible paper handling capability built in, you can upgrade to even greater productivity by adding up to four 550 sheet paper trays capable of handling paper sizes between 76 x 190mm and 216 x 356mm plus the high capacity feeder which adds another 2000 sheets in standard sizes between 216 x 356mm and 210 x 297mm. The high capacity feeder comes complete with the caster base which can also be purchased separately for greater stability and mobility.

Protect your printer

Add a dedicated printer cabinet and you'll always know where your printer consumables for the Xerox VersaLink C500 are stored. You'll also protect your printer from accidental damage and increase its stability once you've upgraded.
