Amazing support
We thought we were clued up when it came to printers but when we reached out to Printerland for some assistance they showed why they are the experts I was amazed by their support and knowledge. They helped us understand some of the features of the printer and how to unlock the true potential of the printer. It was good before but its amazing now. Really good printer and amazing support

Contract
Not having had a printer on a supplies contract before we were unsure as to how things would work. It all sounded great on paper better cost on printing supplies sent automatically and servicing for as long as we had the contract all sounds too good to be true doesn t it which is what was in the back of my mind. I am pleased to say that all of what was promised was correct. It couldn t have been easier setting things up and we get our supplies sent without having to lift a finger its magic. Good to know that any breakdowns are covered with no additional expense I doubt we will move away from having a printer with a contract it now seems the logical way to own one.

Large but excellent printer. Packed full of clever features like double sided scanning and a clever trick that straightens the scanned documents. It s the little things that it does in the background that make this a really good office printer. 5 stars well deserved

Contract
We bought this printer on a contract service as our printing had increased and it was the most cost effective option. We can now print whatever we like and we just pay a set rate and on top of that Xerox send the toners to us before the old ones run out. We don t need to keep an eye on the toner levels as they just arrive in time by courier. We no longer have the issue of forgetting to order and being without a printer.

Would definitely recommend
As the IT person for the business I have setup and used many printers. This Xerox was one of the easier large copier style devices I have come across and it has excellent features and capabilities that the office enjoy using. It was purchased with Xerox s contract print service which needed a small amount of setup to allow toners to be despatched automatically but again nothing too taxing. It s definitely a printer I would recommend for businesses

Great support and printer
Great support from Printerland initially when we needed some guidance after delivery. Since then everything has worked impeccably and we especially appreciate the supplies arriving automatically. It stops any downtime from occurring as we often had a couple of days out of action with our old printer waiting for ink to arrive which was due to the printer not warning us early enough that the inks were low. No such issues with this printer.

Hassle free
Early days but no problems to report so far. Setup was fine as long as you follow the steps laid out and once the setup is completed its really simple to use. Supplies are ordered by the printer and this system has worked so far with supplies arriving in plenty of time. Having had continuous problems with our old lease printer not from Printerland hassle free printing is a welcome change
