Fantastic advice and service
I had placed an order with Printerland for a different make and model of printer. I received an unexpected call to confirm my order and update me on the printer I had chosen was discontinued and the associated toner costs. Carl asked me how I would be using the printer and advised me of some special offers on other models that out performed the model that I had chosen. I chose the Xerox C315 and was able to receive cashback and an extended warranty as well. Unbelievable service and really friendly. I won't shop anywhere else for printers or accessories now. I've been using this machine now for 3 months. I found the printer on the website and one of Printerlad very helpful team rang me and explained how the subscription service worked which I agreed to take. I'm really impressed with the absolute no hassle service. The toners are automatically delivered in plenty of time and I have predictable billing and it's saving me a fortune. Also print and build quality of the machine is great.

Size sold it
I needed a new colour printer but it was for my home office so couldn t be too big. I explained this to Printerland and they suggested this printer showing me the dimensions online and comparing this to other printers in the range. The size sold it for me and its now happily sat in place printing happily not taking up too much space.

Printer arrived today as promised by Printerland's 'next day delivery and appears to be a great product for a great price. Their customer-service even called me after placing my online order to check my requirements matched what I'd ordered and in the end I changed to another product same price but slightly better spec which was a better match. Great customer service and good price
The printer is new and so far does what a good quality printer should do. It was easy to set up and easy to connect to my computers. I'm mainly writing a review because Printerland was brilliant. My order came quickly I was kept informed of when and when I emailed with a couple queries they came back to me almost immediately most companies say they'll get back to 'within 5 working days'. I've not used them before but I plan to only use them from now on. Good service from an online retailer with really good prices. Nirvana

Basic but perfect
Basic printer it doesn t scan or copy but perfect for me. As I didn t need to scan or copy I wanted a laser printer but I didn t want something too big. This Xerox is really compact and does everything I need it to. The price was the best I could find and the delivery was next day. What more can you ask for?
