Excellent Excellent service I ordered it at 17:30 for next day delivery and it arrived at 13:30 the next day, well done. This is the replacement for my ageing Phaser 8400DN, which has lasted over 7 years without any problems. lets hope this one lasts as long. Great print quality from the wax, good characters and especially good with photo's. the only slight downside is writing on the prints due to the wax, however using cheaper paper and the wax absorbs into the paper allowing you to write on it
