Established in January 1993, Printerland has grown to be the largest independent reseller of printers and consumables in the UK. The company now brings in a huge £18m turnover, which is up from £3.5m just 5 years ago.

By continually re-investing back in to the business, owners James Kight and Graham Vickers have just completed an entirely new website software and CRM system. By getting involved with all aspects of the company, both directors stay one step ahead of the competition and are continually pushing the industry boundries.

By monitoring market trends and adapting its online presence accordingly, Printerland has seen a traffic increase of 30% in the last 3 months (despite the industry seeing a general 25% drop) as well as achieving a staggering conversion rate of 40%!

By investing in online marketing and staying true to its core values of delivering the right goods at the right price, it is easy to see how Printerland has become the number 1 brand in its industry.

Despite the credit crunch, Printerland has continued to invest in training its staff to ensure that there is no need to waste the callers time by passing calls around.

With a profit margin increase of 8% in the last year alone, it is easy to see that Printerland have utilised the digital sector to expand their business and therefore are truly deserving winners.
