Excelent Service After old printer showed signs of failure, looked for a modern network replacement with a sensible capacity toner. The price for the Samsung at Printerland made this printer an option for consideration (it was considerably more expensive at many other outlets). Ordered very late Monday evening with the printer arriving just after 8am Wednesday. Delivery even beat the "dispatched" email by some 15 minutes! Only negative is that there is no ability to track an order on-line but with delivery like this who needs it. Nick P

SAMSUNG PRINTER This is the second time I have orded from this company. Fantastic customer service. Speedy delivery. The toner was more expensive on their website compared to anothers but they happily price matched it. Great!

Samsung printer Speedy delivery and good value for money. It is a bit quieter than the previous version I had, the ML2570, and has the added convenience of duplo printing.

Doesnt work on Mountain Lion Printer features look great which is why I bought this and it says Mac compatible. It doesnt work on OS10.8 so beware. The latest Samsung print drivers, 1.11.01, will not let you change any settings on the printer at al so no duplex printing. I'm sending mine back to get something else.

Receiving excellent or very good ratings in nearly every category evaluated, the Samsung ML-3710ND gave a very strong performance in BLI's lab evaluation. The 35-ppm unit completed a 40,000 impression durability test with no misfeeds and produced very good print quality. The A4 ML-3710ND demonstrated above-average overall productivity and was easy to set up, use and manage on the network. While standard and maximum capacities are competitive, the drawers and bypass support heavier media (163gsm and 220gsm, respectively) than many competitive units. Environmentally friendly features include standard automatic duplexing, which contributes to less paper waste, while a power save mode and and Eco mode in the driver can reduce energy consumption. Also noteworthy is an Eco button on the control panel that overrides the driver settings and forces output to be duplexed. BLI highly recommends the ML-3710ND for small workgroup environments with monthly print volumes of up to 1,500 impressions.
