Extension Cable Warning Warning this printer may need to be plugged directly into the mains, not via an extension cable even if it is the only thing on the extension! Basically if plugged in via an extension the fuser doesn't get hot enough and the ink rubs off and/or smudges.

Samsung CLP-775ND Moved from PCs to iMacs and found my OKI5600 had no lion drivers so after some research selected the Samsung as it works perfectly with MAC and PC. Samsung set up disk fantastic, didnt need to pester my IT chap so this saved money as well. Also because Drums and Toner are combined I have calculated a saving of c£150 per colour v my old OKI. Should of changed years ago! As always PrinterLand gave excellent pre sale advice, cheapest around and arrived next day perfect! Thanks

BLI Recommendation

The Samsung CLP-775ND, as tested with a modification (incorporated at serial number 14HEBAJB500145Y), was an outstanding performer over its 145,000-impression test. A lower than average purchase price and supplies cost per page make the unit a budget friendly choice, while providing excellent overall output in color and black modes and faster-than-average speeds.

While users can benefit from above feedback to workstations, administrators will be able to more easily manage the unit and a mixed fleet of hardware-Samsung and compatible devices-via SyncThru Web Service and SyncThru Web Admin service, repectively.

Other high-lights include a high standard memory capacity; standard automatic duplexing, which contributes to less paper waste; and toner-save modes in the drivers, which helps extend the life of the print cartridges.

BLI highly recommends the Samsung CLP-775ND for small to mid-size workgroups with monthly print volumes of up to 5,000 impressions.
