So far- excellent! Early days yet, as the printer only arrived today. Installation was very easy and setting up on a home network presented few problems and was done within half an hour at most. Printerland's speed of delivery was excellent and the price one of the best available- in fact with the 5yr guarantee, better than Amazon. Print quality is good and fast. So far, I am very pleased.

Wow Wow, I can't believe it!!!!!! So much printer, so little money and a 5 year warranty - WOW I intended to order the CLP325W and when I telephoned (the very helpful Rosanna) to see if they would match a lower price she told me they would, or I could have the next model up (CLP620ND) for even less money and a 5 year warranty included. Now that's what I call service!! The printer is absolutely brilliant- a proper office model which has auto duplex, Delivered free the next day - THANK YOU Printerland!

Extremely Happy The printer is working well and has used up the first set of cartridges (not the black). It was bought for the MD's secretary and she prints around 500 pages a day! It is very fast for first copy (<20seconds) which is an important issue for her. I have to say that we are extremly happy with it's performance.

Good choice I was looking for a colour laser with built in duplex and ethernet interface to replace a HP CL2605dn which was out of warranty and no longer printed acceptable colour. There were several printers available which met my requirements. I chose the Samsung because the price was reasonable and it came with a 5 year warranty. So far it does what they say it will do. The proof of the pudding will be in the eating.
