Terms and Conditions for Konica Minolta Business Solutions UK Ltd “Cool Offers Promotion"

1. The term of the promotion is from 1st July to 30th September 2008.

2. This offer is valid for customers in the UK ONLY, excluding Northern Ireland.

3. This promotion is available to END USERS ONLY, who purchase a new Konica Minolta magicolor 8650DN / 7450 / 5550 / 4650EN / 4650DN / 2550, or pagepro 4650EN / 5650EN printer from a Konica Minolta Business Solutions IT Dealership that has purchased from a UK Distributor.

4. This offer comprises of a free 8 GHz IPOD Touch on purchases of the magicolor 7450 and 8650DN. On purchases of the 5550 / 4650EN / 4650DN / 2550 and pagepro 4650EN / 5650EN a 3 year warranty can be claimed. The IPOD Touch and 3yr warranty may only be claimed on the first five of each of the printers. A valid claim form must be received for each magicolor or pagepro printer within 28 days of purchase. If claims are not received within the 28 day period then customers will not be able to claim the IPOD Touch or warranty offer.

5. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, incentive or special bid or project pricing offered by Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd.

6. Invalid submissions will not be returned and shall become the property of Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd. An email will be sent to confirm registration of the claim.

7. Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, regardless of the number of printers purchased.

8. The offer of a 3 yr warranty is subject to the printer user, using Konica Minolta original consumables.

9. Please allow 28 days for your claim to be processed after receipt of a completed claim form with proof of purchase. During this time you will receive from Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd an email/fax confirming the details of your claim. Please be aware that warranty claims may take up to 60 days to process.

10. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require such further verification as to the identity and details of the claimant and/or the verification as to their qualifying purchase before processing any claim.

11. Void where prohibited by law or where otherwise restricted.

12. The decision of the Promoter is final. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for claims or accompanying documentation lost, misdirected, altered illegible, late or mutilated.

13. Please keep a copy of these terms and conditions and proof(s) of purchase for your records.

14. Claims submitted by Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd dealers, retailers, or distributors or companies engaged in the leasing or hiring of Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd equipment, the directors or employees of such companies or their relatives will not be accepted. The decision of Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd in such matters will be final.

15. By entering this Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of the terms and conditions may, at the Promoter’s discretion, result in cancellation of the IPOD Touch or 3 Yr warranty.

16. If for whatever reason the printer purchased is returned or money refunded, Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd. will require the refund of any monies paid under the Cool Offers Promotion .
