1. The term of the promotion is from 1st October to 30th December 2008.

2. This offer is valid for customers in the Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

3. This promotion is available to END USERS ONLY, who purchase a new Konica Minolta magicolor 8650DN / 7450 / 5650 / 5670 / 4690 mf printers from a Konica Minolta Business Solutions IT Dealership that has purchased from a UK Distributor.

4. This offer comprises of a free 8GHz iPod Touch or £100 cash back on purchases of the magicolor 5650 / 5670/ 4690 mf or £200 cash back on the magicolor 8650 / 7450. The iPod Touch or Cash back may only be claimed on the first five of each of the printers. A valid claim form must be received for each magicolor printer within 28 days of purchase. If claims are not received within the 28 day period then customers will not be able to claim the iPod Touch or the Cash Back offer.

5. The 3 year End User Warranty offer consists of a 1 year standard warranty with an additional 2 year extension warranty. The End User must complete a registration form for the additional 2yrs warranty at www.konicaminolta.co.uk/printerwarranty.

6. The iPod Touch is subject to availability from Apple and whilst stocks last.

7. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, incentive or special bid or project pricing offered by Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd.

8. Invalid submissions will not be returned and shall become the property of Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd. An email will be sent to confirm registration of the claim.

9. Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, regardless of the number of printers purchased.

10. The warranty promotion is subject to the printer user, using Konica Minolta original consumables.

11. Please allow 28 days for your claim to be processed after receipt of a completed claim form with proof of purchase. During this time you will receive from Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd an email/fax confirming the details of your claim. If your claim is for an iPod Touch, this will be dispatched to you via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Your confirmation email will contain the tracking number for the shipment.

12. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require such further verification as to the identity and details of the claimant and/or the verification as to their qualifying purchase before processing any claim.

13. Void where prohibited by law or where otherwise restricted.

14. The decision of the Promoter is final. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for claims or accompanying documentation lost, misdirected, altered illegible, late or mutilated.

15. Please keep a copy of these terms and conditions and proof(s) of purchase for your records.

16. Claims submitted by Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd dealers, retailers, or distributors or companies engaged in the leasing or hiring of Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd equipment, the directors or employees of such companies or their relatives will not be accepted. The decision of Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd in such matters will be final.

17. By entering this Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of the terms and conditions may, at the Promoter’s discretion, result in cancellation of the iPod Touch or Cash Back.

18. If for whatever reason the printer purchased is returned or money refunded, Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd. will require the refund of any monies paid under the 5 Star Offers Promotion.
