Claimants
1)
This offer is open to all UK and Eire residents who purchase a new Canon i-SENSYS Laser promotional model*(list below) in the UK or ROI between 1st January – 31st March 2010 inclusive.
2)
This offer is available on all purchases of promotional models from the Canon i-SENSYS Laser Range*(list below) made via participating retailers.
3) All claimants must be aged 18 or over.
4)
Those making claims on behalf of a company/business must be authorised by their Employer to do so.
5)
This offer is not open to employees of Canon (UK) Ltd or members of their family, agents or dealers of Laser Products.

Claimants will then receive a 2nd registration e-mail which will need to be fully and correctly completed (including product serial no.) in order to activate the 3-year warranty.
10)
The closing date for receipt of forms and registration is 30th April 2010.
11)
To be eligible for claiming the purchase must be made between 1st January – 31st March 2010.
12)
Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
13)
No responsibility will be accepted for claims lost, delayed or damaged in the post or for those claims not received by the closing date specified in Clause 7.
14)
Claims will be disqualified if incomplete or illegible.
15)
One claim per purchase can be submitted which will then become the property of Canon (UK) Ltd.
16)
In the event of any dispute over interpretation or implementation of the rules on any matter related to this offer, the decision of the directors of Canon (UK) Ltd is final.

17)
The Claimant will receive a free 3-Year on-site warranty upgrade.

Canon (UK) Ltd reserves the right to void, amend, and/or change this promotion at any time and change the conditions without incurring any liability whatsoever.

Canon (UK) Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this promotion. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Canon's liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of Canon.

Canon (UK) Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to, severe weather conditions, fire, flood, war, earthquake, riots, industrial dispute, terrorism, acts of God, supervening legislation, or events which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.
