1. To be eligible for this warranty promotion you must have purchased one of the
following Brother products between 1st July - 30th September 2008 (inclusive).

Fax-2920, Fax-8360P, HL-2140, HL2150DN, HL2170DW, MFC-7440, DCP-8060, DCP-8065DN, MFC-8460, MFC-8860DN, MFC-8870DW
2. This Brother promotion is valid only on the above Qualifying Products which must be
purchased from a Brother Authorised Dealer within the United Kingdom, details of
which are available by telephoning 0845 606 0626.
3. This promotion is only valid on direct from manufacturer new products sourced as in
Clause 2. Refurbished machines, second-hand machines, any machine acquired
from commercial leasing, hire purchase or similar arrangements and any machines
sourced via the internet from a company not registered in the United Kingdom do not
qualify.
4. Brother UK Ltd will not support any product purchased from an unauthorised source
or acquired from an unsupported channel; it is the responsibility of the claimant to
check the validity of supplier.
5. Claims will only be accepted by registering on the secure site www.brother.co.uk.
When making your claim, click on the promotional banner where you will be
requested to enter the promotional code LN0027. To enable us to verify your purchase, you will also be
required to enter, the model number and serial number of the machine you have
purchased, the details of where you purchased your machine, that is the name and
telephone number or email address of the supplier or retailer.
6. The promotional code will activate your claim. If you fail to enter the promotional
code your claim will not be registered and you will not be able to claim; Brother UK
Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost claims due to incorrect registration.
7. All Cash back payments are paid direct through BACS transfer; therefore you will be
requested to enter your bank details. We will also require your name and address.
(All personal information will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1988.)
8. Once your claim has been verified, your cash back will be arranged within 28 days.
Brother UK accepts no responsibility for non receipt of BACS payments for any
reason.
9. Only one claim per machine/serial number and per household/ business can be
made. Duplicate claims will not be accepted.
10. All claims must be received by Brother UK on or before 15th October 2008. Any claims
received after this date will be void.
11. This promotion is open to all residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the
promoters and their immediate families, its resellers, commercial lease partners,
financial institutions and agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and
administration of the promotion.
12. This promotion can not be used in conjunction with any other Brother promotion.
13. By entering the promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. This
promotion does not affect your statutory rights.
14. In all matters regarding this promotion, the decision of Brother UK will be final and
binding.
15. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16. Brother UK Ltd may send you promotional information from time to time featuring
news on new products, services and future promotions. If you do not wish to receive
such information, please indicate this on the web claim form when making your claim
.
