The Epson Stylus Pro 5000 colour printer sets new standards for print quality, reliability and speed in a commercial printer. Its combination of state of the art printhead and innovative ink system allow the Epson Stylus Colour 5000 to print A3 sized full colour photographs at 720dpi in just five minutes.

Speed is one thing but cost is also an important consideration for commercial printers. So the Epson Stylus Pro 5000 uses four high-yield ink cartridges which contain six coloured inks, with Cyan/Light Cyan and Magenta/Light Magenta combined into two cartridges. Along with individual Yellow and Black, to create a unique ink systems that ensures lower print costs across the board.

Genuine Epson ink guarantees quality and ensures reliability

Don’t compromise your printing by using cheap aftermarket cartridges, genuine Epson ink is resin coated which enables it to dry quickly reducing the risk of smearing and blurring, this also ensures that the ink is protected from ultraviolet light ensuring printed photographs last for up to 200 years without any discernible loss of quality.

Genuine Epson ink is also formulated to work with the printhead of your printer. The Epson 5000 uses a MicroPiezo printhead which uses thermally heated micro jets to melt the resin and provide ultra-high definition images and colour reproduction while using a lower volume of ink than competing printers.

Aftermarket ink is not formulated to work with this technology which can cause the printer to overheat, reduce the quality of images and block the microscopic holes of the printhead causing the printer to leave smears across the page.
