Engineering consultancy EASL has bought the long leasehold interest
in an 8,000 sq ft unit at Edward Court on Altrincham Business Park in Trafford.
Unit 2 on the park, owned by Frogmore Real Estate Partners, was sold by
Manchester-based property consultancy Edwards & Co for £1.2m. EASL will
relocate its offices from Altrincham town centre to move to the park.
Antony Hurst, managing director of EASL, said: “The move suits our
evolving business requirements and is convenient for local, national and
international transport links.”
Ed Keany, surveyor at Edwards & Co,
said: “Attracting an occupier of EASL's status is a fantastic result for the
business park and reinforces the park's potential as a hub for businesses that
require high-specification offices in an attractive landscaped environment.”
Other occupiers on the park include Milner Boardman, Thermo Electron,
National Grid Wireless, Jarvis Construction and Printerland.
