Good value This Brother purchase has proved to be a very good deal in many ways. From the easy-to-follow set-up instructions to the quality and value for money of the printing of both photographs and documents. There is a very good range of print grades to choose from and the A3 capacity is very handy. I also appreciated the Printerland sales staff that were most helpful and informative.

quick and quite easy ordered, delivered next day at a time that suited me, quite easy to set up, so everything up and running wireless in 20 mins ( initial wireless setup needs usb connection) Advice is that you set the printer up near to the pc,laptop, then move to location of stay, only one snag for me is that the software(on disc) did not load due to admin rights but never the less i just went to BROTHER SITE AND RAN THE APPROPRIATE software from there. All in all 5 stars straight across board, cheers.

good printer it's really great and it prints out A3 but the only thing is you have to change the paper size other than that it's a good printer

Slow via Wifi Good value at just over £100 inc VAT and Prints at a reasonable quality for the price. BUT I have set the printer up for use on a home network via WiFi and it is painfully slow even when placed within a couple of feet of the router. Printed 20 copies of a 2 page B&W document and it took about half an hour! I assume it is quicker with a wired connection but that isn't practical for me.

What is AirPrint?

AirPrint enables users to print wirelessly from within applications on Apple devices to AirPrint Compatible Printers. You can use your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to easily print via Airprint without the need to install drivers or configure the printer queue. Just tap 'print' and select your AirPrint compatible printer, and print!....It's that simple.

What You See is What You Print

If you can open it on your apple device, chances are you can print it with AirPrint and an AirPrint compatible printer. Airprint works with Safari, Mail, Photos, iWork, PDF's in iBooks and many third-party AirPrint compatible apps available from the app store.

Third-Party Apps

There are also a wide variety of third-party apps available to enable wireless printing through Apple devices, even to machines that are not natively AirPrint compatible printers. By sharing a printer installed on an Apple Mac or Windows Pc over a wireless network any printer may be able to take advantage of the AirPrint features. (An additional third-party app may be required to be installed on the local machine)
