AMAZING SERVICE
This is the first time I have used this company and I will definitely be using them again. I placed my order for a new printer after having used their live chat to choose between 3 different printers. Within a few hours I had a phone call from a very pleasant customer service agent to say that they wanted to be transparent about the fact that the printer I had ordered had had issues with certain parts being available and that as a company were not happy to deliver unless they had made me aware and given me the choice of changing to a more reliable product. They recommended an alternative which of course was a bit more expensive so I knew where this was going. I was wrong before I could say thanks but no thanks they said that they would price match the printer I had originally ordered. I have just received my printer the next day and I am extremely happy with my purchase

Scan more than one at a time
My old printer was also a copier like this but the big difference with this printer is that it has a feeder on top to scan more than one thing at once. It is so much better and I wouldn t buy another printer without this feature

Much easier to set up than previous printers we have owned. Setup took just a few minutes and on the whole it was just confirming selections that the printer had cleverly auto selected. Using the printer is just as easy as setup and the printed materials look great too. 5 stars

Looks the part works well
With its blue design the look of it can be quite polarising but we really like it it feels modern. More importantly though its just a really good printer. Printerland recommended it and they were right to do so it just does everything you would expect it to and does it well.

Fantastic advice and service
I had placed an order with Printerland for a different make and model of printer. I received an unexpected call to confirm my order and update me on the printer I had chosen was discontinued and the associated toner costs. Carl asked me how I would be using the printer and advised me of some special offers on other models that out performed the model that I had chosen. I chose the Xerox C315 and was able to receive cashback and an extended warranty as well. Unbelievable service and really friendly. I won't shop anywhere else for printers or accessories now.
