Scan more than one at a time
My old printer was also a copier like this but the big difference with this printer is that it has a feeder on top to scan more than one thing at once. It is so much better and I wouldn t buy another printer without this feature

Reliability was an important factor when choosing a new printer as I was fed up of printers not lasting long enough. All too often I was replacing a printer just after a year coincidentally just after any warranty had expired. I saw this HP and despite its rather low price it came with a free 3 year warranty. No more replacing the printer after a year excellent

Goodbye inkjet
Hello Laser. Gone are the expensive inks that last no time at all replaced by much larger toner cartridges which are more economical. Print quality hasn t suffered either. I was always told that inkjet produced better quality than laser but given the cost of ink I was prepared to sacrifice some quality but this hasn t happened with the Xerox C410. I have better print quality and better cost per page printing

There are a lot of things we really like about this printer. Our top two would be the print quality its really good better than expected from what is marketed as an office printer. The second is how easy it was to setup and the ease of use on a day to day basis. The menus are simple and make sense and its more of a benefit than you realise when using the printer
