Excellent Printer
This printer is great the price is excellent it was really simple to set up and I've really put it through its paces in the past few weeks. Love the HP Ink subscription model have used it for years. The only difficulty I've had is registering for the extended warranty with HP - the form doesn't work and they don't reply to emails unfortunately.

Excellent customer service and easy setup
Firstly I spent many hours determining the right printer to replace my home office HP Inkjet printer. It needed the following features to be compact in size no need for a scanner or fax a tray for paper at least 250 A front loading tray for other paper sizes wireless and not too expensive on ink or toners. Due to all these requirements I decided on a Brother printer. I made the order and sent it off. The next day I got a call from Richard at Printerland upon first impressions I presumed something had gone wrong with my order as this is usually why you get a call. To my present surprise Richard suggested the HP Color LaserJet Pro 4202dw due to being better on overall future print costs. Usually I would go with my research but as Printerland are experts in this field I decided the HP offers of 3 year warranty 25 cashback and 40 day buy and try I went with his recommendation.

AMAZING SERVICE
This is the first time I have used this company and I will definitely be using them again. I placed my order for a new printer after having used their live chat to choose between 3 different printers. Within a few hours I had a phone call from a very pleasant customer service agent to say that they wanted to be transparent about the fact that the printer I had ordered had had issues with certain parts being available and that as a company were not happy to deliver unless they had made me aware and given me the choice of changing to a more reliable product. They recommended an alternative which of course was a bit more expensive so I knew where this was going. I was wrong before I could say thanks but no thanks they said that they would price match the printer I had originally ordered. I have just received my printer the next day and I am extremely happy with my purchase

Scan more than one at a time
My old printer was also a copier like this but the big difference with this printer is that it has a feeder on top to scan more than one thing at once. It is so much better and I wouldn t buy another printer without this feature

Reliability was an important factor when choosing a new printer as I was fed up of printers not lasting long enough. All too often I was replacing a printer just after a year coincidentally just after any warranty had expired. I saw this HP and despite its rather low price it came with a free 3 year warranty. No more replacing the printer after a year excellent
