Excellent Printer and customer service
Decided to order a lazer printer because my hp inkjet could not handle the workload. Ordered the xerox b225 and got a phone call from a member of printerland explaining that the printer was no longer in stock but i could upgrade to the xerox b235 on a deal the member of staff on the phone was one of the friendliest and helpful people i think i have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. The printer got delivered quickly and i better than expected easily handles the workload The customer service is excellent

I had placed an order with Printerland for a different make and model of printer. I received an unexpected call to confirm my order and update me on the printer I had chosen was discontinued and the associated toner costs. Carl asked me how I would be using the printer and advised me of some special offers on other models that out performed the model that I had chosen. Size sold it
I needed a new colour printer but it was for my home office so couldn t be too big. I explained this to Printerland and they suggested this printer showing me the dimensions online and comparing this to other printers in the range. The size sold it for me and its now happily sat in place printing happily not taking up too much space.
